The GP Struggles Students Commonly Face
Do you struggle to understand what is asked of you in your GP Paper 1/Paper 2?

Or do you write alot, only to be told that your essay/AQ response does not answer the question?

Perhaps you're not scoring for GP and having tried almost everything, still do not know what you can do to give your grades a boost?

You are definitely not alone.
Many students become a learner of GP feeling uncertain about expectations, unsure how to improve, or overwhelmed by weak foundations. Without clear guidance, progress can feel slow and frustrating.

Why work with the GP Coaching Studio?
At the GP Coaching Studio, the goal is to help students build the structure, skills, and confidence they need to perform steadily and meaningfully at the A Levels.

Just by reframing how we view the subject, you will be able to manage the demands of GP more confidently. Instead of just looking at GP as an academic subject, the GP Coaching Studio helps you to recognise how interwoven GP can be with our lives - and how this knowledge helps us learn GP more confidently.

GP Coaching with GP Coaching Studio
At the GP Coaching Studio, the coaching of students is built on three key effort pillars - Maximising One's Strengths, Reducing One's Weaknesses and Building Up One's Confidence. Thus, the pedagogical approach is designed to reflect these pillars to help students become confident learners of GP and eventually, useful citizens of the world.
Coaching Approaches
Diagnostics and Foundation Building
All coaching begins with the identification of gaps in the knowledge, skills and attitudinal domains. These identified gaps are patched to ensure that the student can have a strong GP foundation.
Targeted Instruction
Coaching sessions are designed to maximise learning time. As such, coaching time is focused on coaching, while timed practices are done outside coaching hours.
Prompt, Actionable Feedback
A prevalent gap in many students' GP learning experience is knowing what to do with the feedback given. At the GP Coaching Studio, the focus is not only on giving prompt, actionable feedback, it is also about helping students interact with these feedback so that they help the students to apply towards and improve on their next pieces of work. Students will not just passively receive feedback for their work - they will also need to respond to it and use the learning from within to work on their next assignments.
Competency and Confidence Building
The ultimate goal of GP Coaching is not just to serve as a gap filler or remediation effort. The key recognition is that GP offers one a chance to be well-versed with the world around us. Thus, the pedagogical approach at the GP Coaching Studio is designed around helping students become "experts" in their areas of interest - such that they do not just know what they are talking about, but also feel confident talking about things.
